Returns / Replace Policy

We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way; or should you receive a damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order, we’ll gladly accept a return money or replace of any item subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned/replaced within 15 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
• Items must be returned/replaced in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
• Herbal and cosmetic products – due to the nature of those products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns/replace on opened/used items.
• Swimwear and Intimates – customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return/replace an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. The item will not be accepted if either of these has been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.
• Shoes – please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned/replaced with sole markings or scratches. If you received a shoe box, this must also be returned with the shoes in original condition.
• Dress – please try the dress very carefully. We will not accept dress return/replace if their shows signs of wear or has a dirty mark such as cosmetics, deodorant stain, perfume smell, etc.
• Gift Cards – Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
• Gift Wrapping – Gift Wrapping is non-refundable.

If you have received a Gift With Purchase, the gift must also be returned otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Please note, if you have not notified us with any specific concerns regarding your product within 7 days of delivery, both parties agree that the sale is concluded and payment has been authorized by yourself.
If you find a major fault with the product we will issue a refund excluding delivery costs by the method of payment.
To initiate this process, you must fill out return/replace form and send to Us above within 7 days of receiving your order. Your store credit will be finalized upon approval subsequent to the receipt of the goods returned to Bali & the Spirit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/replace.
