Purchase & Delivery

– Gift Cards are available for purchase exclusively on our official website.
– They are delivered via email to the recipient with a unique code.
– You may choose the amount and personalize the message during checkout.

Redemption

– Gift Cards can be used for any product available on our website.
– Enter the unique gift card code at checkout to apply the balance.
– If the total purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid via one of the available payment methods.

Terms of Use

– Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
– Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards will not be reissued or refunded.
– Multiple gift cards can be used in a single purchase.

Returns & Refunds

– Items purchased using a gift card can be returned according to our standard return policy.
– If eligible for a refund, the refund will be credited back to the gift card or issued as store credit.
– If a purchase was made with a combination of gift card and another payment method, refunds will be applied in the same proportions.
