SHIPPING

Delivery Methods

We offer international shipping through the following providers:

– EMS (Express Mail Service)
– POS Indonesia (Indonesian International Postal Service)

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
– DHL: 5–7 business days
– EMS: 5–7 business days
– POS Indonesia: 7–14 business days

Origin of Shipment

Orders are processed and shipped from:
– Warehouse & Delivery Service: Dusun Balitung, Desa Pelepak Pute, Kec. Sijuk, Kab. Belitung 33414, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Indonesia
– Office & Production: Br. Tiyingan, Pelaga, Petang, Badung 80353, Bali, Indonesia

Shipping Fees

– Flat rate: $15 for parcels up to 1kg.
– For larger or heavier orders, please contact us at info@baliandthespirit.com for an accurate shipping quote.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 USD.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Conditions for Return:
– Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unopened**, and in **original packaging.
– You must provide proof of purchase.
– If your order included free promotional items or gifts, they must also be returned.
If not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

Gift Cards
– Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– They can only be redeemed on our official website.

Who Pays Return Shipping?
– If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item), we cover return shipping costs.
– If the return is due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

– Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
– Opened or used products (e.g. opened perfumes, oils)
– Items damaged due to customer misuse
– Custom or personalized items
